Gnocchi making with chef Grant Cotner

Chef Grant, formerly of San Francisco's Flour + Water knows his gnocchi. During his stint on ‘Oahu, we managed to pull him away from the waves to have him teach a few classes on making the little fluffy pillows.

For chef Grant's gnocchi classes, I often served as his assistant cook, prepping veggies and gnocchi making kits for students. I did everything possible to make sure the class ran smoothly, from serving and clean-up to assisting students with their questions. To document the class, I snapped photos between serving hot plates of gnocchi for social media.
